中国手机制造商 Alcatel OneTouch 的北美高级副总裁 Steve Cistulli 向媒体确认， Alcatel OneTouch 将在今年年底前发布 Windows 10 系统的新款智能手机。在大部分制造商向安卓和 iOS 一边倒的情况下，这个消息对于 Windows 10 是难能可贵的支持。
